<h2>Who is it for?</h2><p>All MOD Civilians&#160;</p><h2>What do I get?</h2><p>Your Annual Leave, Public Holidays and Privilege Days entitlements vary depending upon your work schedule, contract, and terms and conditions but MOD’s Leave offer is higher than the statutory minimum.</p><p>You are able to carry over 10 days/equivalent decimalised hours of annual leave (pro-rata for employees working a non-standard work schedule) from the previous leave year into the following, allowing for greater flexibility.</p><h2>Next Steps</h2>
