The Pinnacle National Service Centre provides a single point of contact for requests from families living in Service Family Accommodation

    What's it for?

    Pinnacle Group operate our UK National Service Centre. This provides a single point of contact for requests from families living in Service Family Accommodation (SFA) including raising repairs and maintenance issues, the allocations of homes and conducting move-in and move-out appointments. All the information you need can be found on the Pinnacle Service Families website

    Contacting Pinnacle

    You can call their Service centre on  0800 031 8628, or from overseas on +44 (0) 161 605 3529. All call are free from landline or mobile and the service centre is open from 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday-Friday, with the repairs phone line available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

    Alternatively if you want to email them, instead of emailing hello@pinnacleservicefamilies.co.uk Pinnacle has revised the process so you can now go directly to the department you need to contact:​
