Am I eligible?

HIVE/RN FPS information services are available to all Service Personnel (including Reservists), their families and veterans, as well as MOD Civilians.

What’s it for?

The network of Information Officers across the UK and overseas provides you and your families with information on a wide range of subjects

What do I get?

You get access to an extensive range of information and support, including:

  • Relocation

  • Accommodation

  • Childcare

  • Schools and further education

  • Employment and training opportunities

  • Local area information

  • Travel

  • Deployment support

  • Finance

  • Health and wellbeing

  • Welfare

  • Discounts

  • Non-UK Service Personnel

Whilst HIVE/RN FPS Information Officers are not trained in welfare counselling, they are able to offer confidential, initial support to individuals and can make referrals to appropriate professional services.

How do I access these services?

As long as you are eligible, you can access these services at any time by contacting your local HIVE/RN FPS, the locations of which can be found by following the links in the ‘Need more Information’ section below.
