Who is it for?
Keystone is a leadership development programme for MOD Main Civil Servants at Grade 6 and Grade 7 (Band B).
What do i get?
The Keystone programme is transforming Defence by creating a powerful cohort of connected, supportive, transformative leaders who model the values and behaviours underpinning Defence’s cultural transformation.
This programme is investing in you so that you can raise the standard of collective leadership across the MoD.
You will discover how to elevate your leadership, how to support and get the best out of your teams, and will build cross-organisation connections that strengthen Defence.
The Keystone programme involves:
Three face-to-face modules: - Relational Leadership - Transformational Leadership - The Festival of Learning
Six virtual electives (we recommend participants aim to attend four of these)
Facilitated action learning sets
Peer coaching triads
Keystone is not a typical leadership programme. This is about transforming Defence through the creation of a powerful cohort of connected, supportive, transformative leaders. We believe that a rising tide lifts all boats.
The Keystone programme is currently in a pilot phase. We are hoping to begin rollout in early 2027.
