everywoman network

Free professional development resources to boost your and your team's development.

Who is it for?

All MOD Civil Servants and Military Personnel, both male and female, can join the network. 20% of everywoman's membership base is male, who along with their female colleagues, are using the professional development resources to boost their development, and the development of their team.

What do I get?

Put simply, the everywoman network can help advance your career! In a recent survey of corporate members, including Royal Mail, FedEx and Barclays, almost half of regular users felt they were more likely to be promoted, and three quarters expected to grow their careers at their current company.

This is one of the initiatives that supports Defence's ambition to be a more diverse and inclusive place to work.

You will have a personalised development dashboard that allows you to easily track your progress, keep up-to-date with your learning areas and access to a variety of workbooks, articles, videos and webinars.

By exploring the platform, you will see that as well as advancing women in business, the resources explore a variety of wider business and professional development topics. For example, there's lots on leadership, common management dilemmas, effective communication, and constructively challenging the status quo. Other interesting topics include work-life balance and building high performing and inclusive teams.
