What do I get?
Every employer is required to automatically enrol eligible employees into a qualifying pension scheme. This ensures you have another income in addition to the State Pension when you retire. All eligible MOD civilians will therefore be automatically enrolled into the appropriate pension scheme on commencement of employment, unless you choose you opt out.
