What do I get?
You have access to a 24-hour helpline every day of the year covering a wide range of issues including emotional support for stress, anxiety, bullying and harassment, family issues, domestic abuse and bereavement. They can also provide advice on childcare support, consumer issues and legal information.
It offers not only reactive support when you need it but also proactive and preventative support to deliver the best possible outcomes.

If you need to access support, call Optima's 24-hour helpline on 0800 731 8629.
A trained EAP Co-ordinator will answer the call. They will take your personal details in order to set up a case record for you on the system and some basic information about what your call relates to in order to determine which service you require.
The EAP Co-ordinator will, if required, schedule a callback at an agreed time with you, or offer a call from the next available Counsellor.
