Discuss your Flexible Working request with your Line Manager to see what flexibilities may work to suit you and the business. There are various arrangements that could be appropriate, including the following:

Full-time compressed hours
Part-time/job share
Alternate weeks
Partial retirement
Part-year, including term-time
Annualised hours
Irregular hours
Shift/roster work
Working Times
Staggered hours
Flexible Working Hours, FWH, ‘Flexi’ or ‘Flexitime’
Smarter Working/Work Location
Remote Working (another MOD site or other location)
International Remote Working Temporary Concession
Hybrid
Permanent Contractual Homeworking
Your Flexible Working requests may be due to caring responsibilities, disability and/or medical need, and it would help your manager to understand these elements of your life and how they affect you.
